Day 1: Pick Up From Kigali And Transfer To Bwindi National Park
Upon arrival at Kigali international airport, you will be met by our company representative/ drive who will pick you up and brief you about your safari to Bwindi. Thereafter, you will go on Kigali city tour to visit the craft villages, the local markets and the genocide memorial among other attractions in the city.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and embark on the transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in Uganda driving northwest of Kigali and cross in to Uganda through Katuna boarder and proceed to Bwindi Forest, check in to your booked lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking & Transfer To Lake Bunyonyi
Wake up early for morning breakfast with your packed lunch, head out to the park headquarters to join others for gorilla trekking briefing about the rules and regulations to followed while trekking gorillas in the forest. After you will be divided in groups of 8 members and assigned a gorilla group you will be tracking. You will be accompanied by arranger guide well versed with trails to begin the search. The trekking may last for about 1-6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas. During the trek, you will encounter other primate species in the forest as well as several bird species and colorful butterflies. When you find the gorillas, you will be allowed one hour with them as you observe them go about their daily activities in their natural habitat.
After you will exit the forest and return to the park headquarters where you will be awarded with the certificate of participation in gorilla trekking.
Return to the lodge for refreshment and check out and drive to lake Bunyonyi arriving in the evening, check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Canoe Ride And Transfer To Kigali International Airport
Have morning breakfast and go on canoe boat ride where you will be able to visit some of the Islands that make up lake Bunyonyi. Bunyonyi has got 29 Islands each having its significate historical attachment. The guide will explain some of them to you as you cruise around the lake. You will also listen to some folk stories, also view some communities around, plantations among others. After, return and check out of the lodge and start your journey back to Kigali with enroute lunch before being dropped of at Kigali airport for your departure flight or at your preferred location.
