Day by Day Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Arrival In Kigali And Transfer To Nyungwe National Park.

Upon your arrival at the Kigali international airport, you will be picked by your guide and then transfer to Nyungwe national park with stop over at the Kamegeri’s rock and Nyanza kings palace. Arrive in Nyungwe national park finally, check in, have dinner and an over night stay at Gisakura accommodation.

Day 2: Nyungwe Forest.

Enjoy your morning tea and then transfer to the Nyungwe forest where chimpanzee trekking is carried out. You will be briefed by your ranger guide and then get into the forest to start off the trekking. Once you get the chimpanzees, you will be given ample time to stay with the chimpanzees and have fun with them. Get to the lodge for your lunch and then prepare for an evening nature walk as you watch the different bird species in the park. Get to the lodge for your dinner and over night stay.

Day 3: A Visit To Gisakura Tea Factory And Departure.

Enjoy your morning breakfast and then embark on your journey to Gisakura tea factory. While in this factory, you will get time to visit the tea factory and get to see how the machines work so that you gain some good experience. Continue and depart for your flight at Kigali international airport. This will mark the end of your safari.
