This tour is flexible, it can start in Kigali and end in Kampala/ Entebbe international airport or from Kigali to Kigali depending on your best interest.
This safari offers an exciting experience to explore two unique safari destinations, the trip takes you to volcanoes national park for incredible golden monkey trekking, the transfer to Uganda for gorilla trekking Bwindi, chimpanzee trekking in Kibale forest and wildlife safaris in both queen Elizabeth and Murchison falls national famous for its powerful waterfalls and a home to four of the big five wild games.

Day 1: Arrival In Kigali And Transfer To Volcanoes
Depending on your time of arrival, the driver/guide will pick you up and transfer to Volcanoes national park, in case you flight is earlier, you may opt for Kigali city tour to visit some of the interesting places in Rwanda like the genocide memorial, the local markets among other places. After proceed to volcanoes national park on arrival, check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Golden Monkey Trekking And Transfer To Bwindi
Rise and early for morning breakfast and drive to the park headquarters where you will be briefed about the rules for golden trekking. After, you will be accompanied by the ranger guide in to the forest to begin the search. Trekking golden monkeys is less changing compared to gorillas because the monkeys live in lowland areas but still requires much physical fitness since the monkeys move a little faster. When you find them, you will be allowed one hour with them as you watch them play, feed young ones, groom among other daily activities. After you will return to the lodge for lunch and proceed to Cross the boarder to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. Upon arrival in Bwindi, check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking
Wake up and have morning breakfast, after proceed to the park headquarters where you will be briefed on the rules and regulations for gorilla trekking. After, you will be divided in groups of 8 members each led by ranger guide and assigned a gorilla group you will be trekking as you start the trek in the forest. The trek may last for about 1-6 hours or more and thus requires physical fitness to hike through the forest before you can set eyes of the gorillas. After you found them, you will be allowed one hour with them in their natural habitat. After you will return to the lodge for relaxation.
In the afternoon, you will go and visit the Batwa community where you will interact with the locals and learn more about their culture and tradition and also get to participate in some village project like art and craft, traditional dances among others. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park
Rise up early for morning breakfast and drive to Queen Elizabeth national park, you will have lunch enroute, continue to the park arriving in the afternoon, check in for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Game Drive And Afternoon Kazinga Channel Cruise
Have early morning breakfast and drive to the park for morning game drive at dawn best time to catch up with the early risers. Mornings and evenings are when the animals are most active. Explore the diverse sectors of the park where you will spot several mammal species including; Elephants, buffalos, lions, giraffes, antelopes among others. Return to the lunch.
In the afternoon, you will go on afternoon boat cruise at the Kazinga channel for more wildlife sightings including the school of hippos, Nile crocodiles and several bird species on the shores. Drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive And Transfer To Kibale Forest
Wake up early for morning breakfast and drive to the park another morning game drive, be on the look out for some animals that you could have missed during the previous game drive. Return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch, Thereafter, check out and transfer to Kibale forest national park. On arrival, check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Chimpanzee Trekking
Wake up early and have morning breakfast and head straight to the park headquarters for briefing about the rules and regulations to be followed while trekking the Chimpanzees. You will put in groups accompanied by ranger guide to begin the search in the forest. The activity may last for about 1-6 hours depending on the location of the chimpanzees. You will return to the park headquarters and then to the lodge for relaxation and lunch.
In the afternoon you will for Bigodi nature walk where you will see several primate species, bird species and also chimpanzees who are frequent visitors. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Drive and check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Game Drive And Afternoon Boat Cruise
Rise up early and drive to the park at dawn for morning game drive best time to catch up with the park coming alive, you may also encounter predators returning from their hunt. Murchison falls a home to four of big five game including; lions, leopards, Buffalos, Elephants among others like water bucks, bush bucks, antelopes among others. Return to the lodge for late breakfast and lunch.
In the afternoon, you will go on 2:00pm boat cruise in River Nile which will offer you more wildlife sightings you will encounter several mammal species including the Hippos, Nile crocodiles and several bird species on the shores.

Day 10: Departure
Rise up for morning breakfast park up, check out of the lodge and go on enroute game drive to continue with more game viewing be on the lookout for some animals that you could have missed during the previous game drives. Exit the park and drive back to Kampala. You will enroute lunch and brief stop over at the equator monument for photoshoot and some experiments. Continue to Kampala where the driver will drop you off at the Entebbe airport or at the hotel.
