Day by Day Detailed itinerary

In the morning after the breakfast, your tour guide will transfer you to Rwamagana to visit and explore the Agahozo Youth village where learn about the village’s history, mission, and the philosophy of “Tikkun Olam” – repairing the world. Understand how the village provides a nurturing environment for youth to heal from trauma and develop essential life skills.

You will explore the well-designed village layout, featuring residential houses, communal spaces, and educational facilities. Walk through the serene gardens and witness the thoughtful architecture that enhances the overall sense of community. You will also Visit the classrooms and engage with educators to learn about the comprehensive educational programs offered. Agahozo Shalom emphasizes academic excellence, leadership development, and vocational training, preparing students for a brighter future.

You will then have your lunch (Community dining experience) after which you will then tour the community center, a hub for cultural events, workshops, and community gatherings. Engage with staff and students to gain insights into the various programs and events that contribute to the vibrant community spirit.

You will then explore the artistic side of Agahozo Shalom at the arts and crafts center. View students’ creative works and perhaps participate in a hands-on art activity. Learn how artistic expression is integrated into the healing and learning process.
You will be transferred back to your hotel or preferred location at the end of your tour.
